INGREDIENTS:
White or Black Seasame Seeds(ellu) - 2 cups
Urad Dhal(Ulundu) - 1 cup
Curry Leaves- Few
Dried Red chillies - 15 to 20
Rock Salt - As needed.
Asafoetida - 1 small Cube
METHOD:
1. Dry roast the seasame seeds, Urad Dhal till golden brown.
2. Dry roast the other ingredients too. For the Asafoetida add few drops of oil and roast.
3.Finally , grind all the roasted items in the mixie and your yummy ellu podi is ready:)
